The service
Your subscription gives one connection (one stream at a time) for the period you paid for. Channel and content availability may change over time.
Your account
Your login is for personal, household use. Sharing or reselling it may lead to the account being suspended without a refund.
Your equipment and internet
You are responsible for a compatible device and a stable internet connection (15 Mbps or faster recommended).
Renewals
Plans do not renew automatically. We remind you on WhatsApp before your subscription ends.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.
